Here is Marilyn and Monica Powell that picked up a Tri colored male Cavalier puppy from us.


And here is the letter Tom sent a few days later. 

Dear Billy and Gerri,

I just wanted to take a moment to drop you a line and express my/our gratitude. We have renamed Bobby to Bentley and he has worked his way into our hearts with remarkable ease. Starting on day one, we were pleased and surprised on how well he traveled. Marilyn and Monica ran into traffic problems and it took them 3 ½ hours to get home but Bentley took it all in stride. Housebreaking has been virtually a non event. We had the family at our house for Easter and my father (who was with us when we first came to look at the pups and turns 90 next month) came early and held Bentley most of the day, pausing only to eat and watch him when he got frisky and wanted to play. As you know, we have 2 springer spaniels that are 55 and 70 lbs each (Bentley weighed in at 3 ½ lbs on Saturday). We have toys for each and Bentleys are significantly smaller but he wants the big dog toys. He follows them around and tries to keep up with them when they play outside. At night, when he winds down, he will curl up to the older male springer and go to sleep. I don’t know when I have ever smiled so much since getting Bentley. We ran him by our vet on Monday to have Bentley checked out and get set up for the future. He was most complimentary on how healthy he was and his general well being. Marilyn told him about you and he said he would recommend others to you if asked based on what he saw in Bentley. I will try to send pictures as they become available. We just wanted to take this brief moment to express our gratitude. Our little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is living up to all we have read about the breed and is truly a member of our family. Thank you so very much.

Now here is another email that I recently got from a sweet lady that got a Blenhem Cavalier puppy from us some time back.

Gerri, I wanted to take the time to let you know how much joy Maia has brought to my families life. Maia is the Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel I purchased from you in March on 2006. When I first saw her I fell in love. You provided great Pedigree records and vaccination information. She was in perfect health when I received her and she still is today. Her coat her shiny and has a wonderful temperament and plays so well with other dogs and children. Anywhere there is love to share she is first in line. I also appreciated the info on basic feeding instructions for puppies and all your potty training advice you were willing to provide. I meant to email you a picture and tell you thanks so much earlier but kept getting distracted. I appreciate the time you took to make Maia as loving and wonderful as she is. If anyone requests a reference I would love to let them know what a wonderful breeder you are and the joy I had working with you. Dear Gerri, We just wanted to take a moment and tell you how much we love our King Charles Spaniel we purchased from you. My daughter and I truly have enjoyed our little Gracie! I wanted to let you know just how impressed we were with the health of our new puppy! I knew when I saw how well you kept your dogs, that she would be just fine. We have had her for a few months now and she is doing great!! She is healthy and growing just fine. She is just a perfect puppy!
